With freezing temperatures expected this week, we want to remind you to take steps to ensure your safety and protect your home. A little preparation can make a big difference during this cold weather.

Here are a few tips:

• Keep your heat on to maintain a safe indoor temperature.
• Drip faucets to prevent pipes from freezing.
• Leave cabinet doors open under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.
• Cover your exterior faucets to protect them from the cold.
